After much time and thought, we have reached the decision to close. With the current economy the way it is and the huge number of bat makers that have flooded the market, we have decided to close shop. We leave knowing that we made the finest quality bats, for the fairest prices that we could. We catered to the average players, who play because they love the game. We have met many wonderful people over the years and developed some great friendships. It is with regret that we say farewell to all of you. It was a hard decision to make and one that we all wrestled with, but in the end, we feel it was the right decision for everyone involved in the Chesapeake Thunder family. Mike wishes to go back into furniture, which is his original specialty, and looks forward to getting back into it.  We wish each of you the best, we thank you for your loyalty and for your business through the years.  Our Best to All and God Bless.
