RETURN POLICY: Saddles returned in new condition within 14 days are eligible for a full refund, (less shipping, adjustment fees, and any custom work). Within 15 to 30 days, the refund will include a 20% re-stocking fee. After 30 days, the saddle is eligible to be sold on consignment with a 30% commission on the best price we can achieve. For any return you must notify the office in advance prior to shipping.
